TONSILS

Nick got strep throat 4 times in 9 months so at the recommendation of his doctor we had his tonsils removed. Alex has needed hers out for a while but gets really nervous at just the thought of it so when I told Michelle that Nick was having surgery she suggested maybe they could do it together. The same doctor did their surgeries but they had to be there at different times in the morning and had seperate recovery rooms. The rooms were across the hall from each other so it was nice to be able to go back and forth. The first week of recovery was rough but they both did well. Jeff's parents and my mom came to visit. Nick was a little (a lot) out of it but was so grateful they were there.
